From Whom We Collect Information
This Privacy Policy applies to collection and use of Personal Information associated with each group listed below:
- Website Visitors (or “Visitor”): any individual who visits the Website or downloads our App. Visitors may engage with certain features of our Products and may volunteer Personal Information to the Company.
- Users: any individual who chooses to register to the Products and purchase services on our App.
- Content Creators: any individual who chooses to offer his or her Content Modules on our Products.

Personal Information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or can with reasonable effort identify an individual. We gather the following types of Personal Information (“Personal Information”)
We collect the following types of information from or about you:
- Account Information: If you choose to register an account with our Products, either as a User or Content Creator, you provide us with your name and phone number. If you choose to log in, access or otherwise connect to the Services through a social networking service (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), we may collect your user ID and/or username associated with that social networking service, as well as any information you make public using that social networking service or that the social networking service allows us to access.
- Payment Information: When a User decides to make a purchase or a Content Creator decides to withdraw funds from our Products, or is paid through our Products, you will be required to provide us with your billing information. The information you will need to submit depends on which billing method you choose. For example, if you pay with a credit card, we will collect your card information.
- Usage Information: We may also collect specific types of connection details and information with regard to your device, software or hardware that can identify you, such as: online identifiers, device’s unique identifiers (e.g., UDID, MAC address), IP address and geolocation.
- Communication Information: When you respond to communications from us, ask for our support, communicate with us via email or share additional information about yourself through your use of the Products, we collect the Personal Information you provide use. This may include name, email address and any other information you choose to provide.
- Analytics Data: Our systems may automatically record certain information regarding the use of our Products. This data include information such as statistics related to the Products. We analyze this information to improve and enhance our Products and related services. Such data is also used for troubleshooting errors and bugs as well as for research and analytics purposes about your use of the Products.

- To provide our Content Creators with insights regarding their Content Modules (as such term is defined in our Terms of Service);

With Whom We Share the Information We Collect
We can disclose your Personal Information to other trusted third party service providers or partners as described below:
- Assisting us with our business operations (e.g., processing and analyzing Personal Information);
- Sharing your information with third-party payment processors for the purpose of facilitating your payments made, withdrawn or received when using our Products. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information so that they may perform these tasks on our behalf.

- We share Users’ Personal Information with Content Creators to allow them to contact Users directly. and to gain insights on their Content Modules.
- In addition, we can transfer or disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries and other affiliated companies.
International Transfer
Since we operate globally, it is necessary to transfer data, including Personal Information related to you, to countries outside the state of Israel and outside the European Union. The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in the state of Israel and in the European Union − in these instances we will take steps to ensure that a similar level of protection is given to Personal Information, including through adequate contractual measures.
For example, if you are located outside the United States of America and provide us with Personal Information related to you, we can transfer such Personal Information to the United States in order to assist us with our business operations (e.g., processing and analyzing Personal Information related to you).
You hereby consent to the transfer of Personal Information related to you to countries outside the state of Israel and outside the European Union.

For How Long We Retain the Information We Collect
We retain the information we collect from our Vistors, Users and Content Creators for as long as needed to provide our Products and our related services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements (unless we are instructed otherwise). We can rectify, replenish, or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.
How We Safeguard Information Related to You
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of our Products and Personal Information related to you. Accordingly, we employ industry standard procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, safety of Personal Information related to you, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information.
However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to information despite our efforts. You should note that by visiting or using our Products, Personal Information related to you will be transferred through third party infrastructures which are not under our control. We provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. In addition, at any time, you can unsubscribe and discontinue receiving marketing offers by sending us a blank message with the word “remove” to hello@kwakwa.com.
Please note that even if you unsubscribe from our marketing mailing list, we will continue to send you service-related updates and notifications, to the extent legally required and/or permitted.
Corporate Transaction
We will share information, including Personal Information related to you, in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g., sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale of an asset or transfer in the operation thereof) of the Company. In the event of the above, the acquiring company or transferee will respect the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Products and/or our related services are not designated to individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must not (i) visit or use our Products and/or our related services; and/or (ii) provide us with any Personal Information related to you.
